> TREATMENT SERVICES: EXPERIENTIAL
Educational Services
Education is an integral part of the services offered to youth.
Through a partnership with the Independent School District #709, we offer youth in Intensive Day Treatment, Chisholm House,
Residential Treatment Center and Community Transition an extended school year program.
Our educational staff are special education instructors with a variety of specialty areas and classroom sizes are small (12:1 student to teacher ratio).
During the six-hour school day, students are given coursework tailored to their needs and achievement levels,
with equal emphasis on individual instruction and classroom activities.
Our educational staff work very hard to increase the basic skills of all students and get them back on track for graduation or achievement of their G.E.D.
With educational initiatives in place, youth are given the opportunity to maximize their academic abilities which prepares them for their transition back to their home school.
Our students demonstrate pride and dedication in their learning.
For them, education is a means to success.
