> Community Transition
We realize that a healthy living environment is essential for youth to make the transition from residential treatment into the community successful.
The Community Transition program offers a semi-independent living environment for male and female adolescents (separately). An experienced team of professionals provide a supportive and structured setting conducive to the development of productivity, independence, self-reliance and personal growth.
Residents work toward education and employment goals while developing life skills to assist them as they return to the community.
Services Offered:
Eligibility
- Successful completion of a residential treatment program and under court supervision
- Youth must obtain their high school diploma or GED before or during their placement in Community Transition
- Willingness to work toward a vocational, educational or employment plan
