Woodland Hills' hiring process includes a screening and team interview. Staff are hired based on qualifications and anticipated competence for a particular position. In considering an applicant, attention is given to education, experience, and specific needs of the agency.
Employment requirements include a post-job offer physical examination, tuberculosis skin test, criminal background and driving history checks. In positions that require driving agency vehicles, only applicants with an unrestricted, current driver’s license will be considered for employment. (No more than two moving violations within the past three years, no major traffic violations within the past five years (DUI, careless or reckless driving, multiple license suspension/revocation).
Completed applications will be maintained in our active files for one year from the date of application. You may submit a new application for an open position at any time.
