For youth in our Chisholm House and Residential Treatment Center:

  • Title IV-E eligible
  • Minnesota Consolidated Treatment Fund

Funding sources available to youth placed in our Intensive Day Treatment program:

  • Contracted provider for
    • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota
    • Preferred One
    • Minnesota Health Care Programs (Medical Assistance and Minnesota Care)
    • United Behavioral Health (Medica/Select Care)
    • U Care of Minnesota
  • Minnesota Consolidated Treatment Fund of Minnesota certified by Children’s Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS) for aftercare and in-home support services funding.
