> Licensing
Woodland Hills Residential Treatment Center, The Chisholm 30 and Semi-Independent Living are licensed by the Minnesota Department of Corrections and provide residential services in a non-secure, out-of-home children's residential facility. The agency also holds an SED Certification through the Minnesota Department of Human Services and operates two residential mental health units. We have a capacity of 114 residential beds. Our Woodland Hills Day Treatment program is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services and is a Children’s Therapeutic Services & Supports (CTSS) certified provider. Neighborhood Youth Services is an agency member of the Minnesota Youth Intervention Programs Association (YIPA).
